Snelling becomes AIMS

During a 10-year timeframe, Snelling Romania has moved from recruiting services for middle management and specialists positions to recruiting services for middle and top management positions, as well as Consulting and Training services.

The company’s new profile calls for the abandonment of the Snelling franchise and the entry in the AIMS Network, in the fall of 2001. AIMS International is a global network of independent Consulting and Executive Search companies.

AIMS continues the process of developing complex products and conducts the first Human Resources Audit at the request of a key American investor for its factory at Ostrava, in the Czech Republic.

The first open training on Recruitment and Selection is delivered in Timisoara. In 2011, the course will turn 10 years of successful delivery in Bucharest, Timisoara, Cluj, Arad, Brasov, Oradea and Sibiu.
