Period of Extension

Snelling considers Timisoara as the next step and orders a market survey. Based on the survey managed by Razvan Ogircin (at the time the president of AIESEC Timisoara), Snelling opens the office in Timisoara. Razvan joins the team at Snelling and becomes head of the office. DHL, one of the first multinational companies present in Romania, is one of its first clients.

The shareholders of Snelling Romania decide to extend the franchise in the area. Upon adopting this decision, Mihaela Perianu sets up the office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

The geographical extension is followed by the extension of expertise. Snelling introduces Staff Leasing Services and begins the collaboration with Shell in this domain, taking on the mission to recruit administrators for the franchises all around the country. Many Romanian families acquire and develop the Shell franchises, entering the entrepreneurial segment.
