Graduate of the Faculty of Sociology- Bucharest and having a Master’s degree in Communication and Human Resources, I became an HR person in 2008.
My HR experience was developed in Synovate, where as a HR Business Partner, I mediated the relationship between employees and managers ensuring a good collaboration on market research projects. Followed Nissa, where I have learned to coordinate the HR department in a very nice and attractive field, especially for women, the retail fashion one.
As a new arrival in AIMS, I took over the researcher activities and currently I am a HR Consultant for the executive research projects. It is a domain where I have always wanted to work and I am pleased that may wish came true :)

Last year I gave birth to a baby boy and currently, my free time is filled with fun stuff done with him.
I love to travel, my favorite destination being Vienna, Austria and specially the zoo, where I can wait to take David, my son. Reading is another passion, done enjoying a good tea in one of the hammocks at the Verona terrace- Carturesti.
