Before joining the AIMS team in 2007, Bogdan’s track record included a high school with an economy profile, selling, recruitment and selection courses, a faculty centered on “Human Resources Management” and one year experience in quality control in the vehicle and aerospace industry.
He defines his role in the team with one word: runner. He believes that his work consists of assuring that the team members have what they need to carry out their projects.”
He considers that AIMS is a company where the organizational culture makes the difference. “Besides the fact that the people here are truly professional, the great difference is made by our organizational culture.”
This is his second job after finishing his faculty studies, but Bogdan is not planning on making any changes any time soon because “AIMS makes me come to work with pleasure”.
