“My aim is to set things in motion as easily and as smoothly as possible”
He joined AIMS (Snelling) in 1994, in search of another job, when the car industry began to lay off personnel. Until then, he had worked in an enterprise delivering machines for the Nuclear Plant in Cernavoda. He started everything from scratch and gained experience in administrative activities, as the company grew. His main concern is to remove every barrier possible in the path of relationships between consultants and customers or candidates.
“My aim is to set thinks in motion as easily and as smoothly as possible. To identify my colleagues’ needs, and solutions to these needs; if possible, before any event disturbs the company’s activity.”
If he were to describe the way things go at AIMS and how he sees the company’s values, he would speak about “the desire to make everything ‘by the book’”, about flexibility and verticality. To keep up with the team and with the company’s development, he defines his job by the need for innovation and continuous learning.
